Keith N. Haley Memorial Scholarship

Shelby J. Haley established Keith N. Haley Memorial Scholarship in memory of her husband, Professor Emeritus Keith N. Haley. Keith came to Tiffin University in 1997 as a nationally known program builder in the criminal justice field. He authored and co-authored multiple books and articles on law enforcement issues. This scholarship is to be awarded annually.
